Aesthetics Pharma Shop
Aesthetics Pharma Shop maintains a large stock of popular aesthetic and pharmaceutical products, allowing us to ship most orders on the same day once the Customer’s account is approved. Account approval may take up to three (3) working days.
Order processing times:
Orders placed before 12:00 (local business time) are shipped the same working day.
Orders placed after 12:00 are shipped the next working day.
If some Products in your order are not in stock, dispatch will normally take between three (3) and six (6) working days, unless otherwise communicated. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Orders are shipped via international courier services, with typical delivery times of 1–3 working days within most regions.
Most Products have a minimum shelf life of six (6) months. In case of any exception, you will be informed prior to shipment.
Shipping Costs & Delivery
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before final order confirmation. Please note that as the importer, the Customer is responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Aesthetics Pharma Shop will only charge payment for Products on the day the Products are shipped from our warehouse.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. We are not liable for delays, losses, or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Please note that warehouse pick-up is not available.
Lost Parcels & Delayed Shipments
The maximum delivery time is sixty (60) working days, in accordance with applicable regulations. However, deliveries usually occur within 1–3 working days.
If your shipment is delayed or appears lost, please contact our support team. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the sixty (60) working day period has elapsed.
Packages Held by Customs
It is the Customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with import regulations in their country. If a package is held by customs, the Customer must contact their local customs office to arrange release or rejection.
If special documentation (such as Certificates of Conformity or regulatory declarations) is required for import, please contact Aesthetics Pharma Shop and we will provide the available documents.
If a package is returned to us, a refund will be issued once the returned Products are received in good condition. We cannot take responsibility for packages seized or destroyed by customs authorities.
