This is the Refund and Returns Policy for AestheticsPharma.shop.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all seals, labels, and documentation.

Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic products, several types of goods are not eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used products

  • Temperature-sensitive products once delivered

  • Injectable products once the seal is broken

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Special promotion or clearance items

  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items damaged for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  2. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact our support team first to receive authorization and return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
